Alright boys and girls, since we live in a world where this is a thing I need to do it, here we go. From now on this story, and all the other ones I may write will be something not for anyone under the legal age of consent, it will not be safe for work, it will not be safe for the squeamish or the timid, the prudish or the naive. This is my story and I will take it where I desire it and if that means it delves into the darkest and most pus-ridden parts of the psyche and soul, then, believe me, Gentle Readers, the Bear is so very ready to go there. There will be no other warnings, there will be no other anything. I have fulfilled my obligation to let you know what is what and now we are going to have some fucking fun.
As soon as the Goddess fell into the black of Unknowing, all of the things that had ever been connected to her, big or small, knew instantly that all they knew and loved stood on the tip of a dagger. They did not feel fear or dread at her passing for somehow they knew that she was not gone, merely in a state of change that she would return from and grace them all anew with powers that she had never even imagine before, or at least that is what a voice at the back of each of their heads told them as they stood still, their hearts daring not beat in fear that it would disturb the process. They waited, with patience and power they did not know that they had ever possessed they waited for the tip to turn and the knife to either cut them all asunder or bleed new blood into the world.
Neart felt it hard and instantly, her connection tot he Goddess the newest. Even in the blackness of the earth, the blood and gore of her kill surrounding her and her people crawling over her and drinking the spilled from her bosom she felt the power blink out like the lights when she closed her eyes. There was no loss for her. She did not become less, or become unmade. She stood with her Eternal Brothers and Sisters crawling over her and worshiping her body and the blood she carried and she smiled a knowing thing that even she did not understand the reason for. She spread her arms wide to accommodate more of her family as she ripped into even more flesh and listened, felt, saw, and smelled the blood erupt from the creature that would feed all of her people.
Dara stopped, his heart and wings, mind and breathing stopped all at once and he knew that his Goddess had once again left him. He did not feel sorrow or anger, for he too knew that there was more to come and he knew that it would be a power and a wonder to behold and he knew that the sweet and divine beauty of the Goddess of the Darkness would shape the things to come in a way that would make the world a better place for all involved. A dark smile spread across his face, even as his body fell with no grace from the sky above, and he knew that he had known nothing before this day and that all he was to learn was about to happen in the next few moments.
As Siobhan fell to the ground, a gentle breeze making it so she did not smash into it, the sun darkened and it became like an eye of black and purple, a ring about it was formed and flames could be seen shooting from it in all directions. Darkness cascaded over all things and those who were not of Siobhan simply ceased to be. It was not murder or death, it was not slaughter, they simply were Not and that was all there was. The world was being remade, for the last time, and Siobhan needed as blank a slate, to begin with as was possible, so all that was not of her, or loved by her, was erased and from the world and the memories and minds of all that remained so that it had never been. No sorrow save the ones the Dark Goddess chose was to be inflicted upon the world.
Oh yes, sorrow was coming. Pain and anguish were coming. The Dark Goddess loved fiercely that which she craved and even in that love pain and blood were mixed. No line would not be crossed because Siobhan alone decided where the lines were and what they meant.
The time of the Gray Man had ended, the time of Darkness would soon begin.
